Try it, and we'll give you a full refund if you don't love it.
Simply go to our Returns Center. Provide your email address and order number. Then all you have to do is print the Return Label, pack it, and give it to USPS.
Our goal is to offer our clients fast and easy returns. You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund—no refunds after the 30 days.
Note: Update for Frequent Returns, Undelivered Claims, and Chargebacks. Shroom Skincare reserves the right to no longer accepts returns from customers who abuse our return policy.
Shroom Skincare reserves the right to stop taking orders and to proactively cancel orders from customers who make frequent credit card chargebacks or demonstrate a pattern of recurring abuse.

Q: What kind of guarantee do you offer?
A: We offer a Love It guarantee! If you don't love your purchase, simply return it, and we'll issue you a refund. Note that this has to be done within 15 days of delivery.
Q: I've tried the product. Can I still return it?
A: Yes. The product must be almost 100% full to qualify for a refund.
Q: How do I return items? Do you provide return labels? How do you send items back?
A: We will provide a return label in our Returns Center for domestic returns only. International customers must cover the return shipping charges themselves. Any returned items must have all components, including jars, caps, tools, utensils, and original packaging.

Q: What is the timeframe for a refund or exchange once the item is received in our warehouse?
A: Refunds and Exchanges are handled within 48-72 hours of receipt.
