A: Yes, Shroom Skincare stands behind all of our products. We offer a love-it guarantee! If you don't love your skincare purchase, we will issue a refund within 15 days. We do not issue refunds after 15 days. If you have any questions about an order, please contact Customer Support at support@ShroomSkincare.skincare.  

 

Q: What if my package says delivered and you did not receive it?

A: If a package is verified delivered, USPS considers it delivered. If a package is confirmed delivered, it is considered delivered by USPS. In cases where the customer has to reach out to the carrier, we will provide paperwork to file a claim.

A: International customers are responsible for any taxes or duties imposed by your country's government and additional shipping and handling fees.  If your order is subject to these duties/taxes, they WILL NOT appear on your Shroom Skincare invoice but will be presented to you and collected by the parcel carrier at the time of delivery.
